I'm Katherine, founder of Mindful Tech Studio.
I'm nature-loving, slow-living, and deeply practical when it comes to systems and tech. With over 20 years of experience across operations, tech, and project support, I bring calm, reliable, and proactive help to every engagement.
I work with coaches, wellness practitioners, ethical brands, and creative entrepreneurs — people doing work they genuinely believe in. I care about the fit as much as the work itself.
When I'm not solving problems behind the scenes, you'll find me outdoors in nature — which is exactly why I work the way I do. Focused, intentional, and fully present when it counts.
